Pump from an unknown application with potential for a steampunk project. Stamped plate reads: "Underwriters laboratories Inc inspected discharge for hazardous fluids for use outside of building No 122808". The pump was used to transfer hazardous fluids from one container to another, such as from a below ground tank into a bucket.
